Woodturning
Woodturning started as a side activity but soon, due to the potentiality of this technique it became more and more relevant in the practice.
Our woodturning projects are usually studied in shapes and proportions before coming to action, but sometimes it happens that it’s the piece of wood itself that offers the opportunity to create a unique object.

The Flying Saucer is a small bowl turned with strong emphasis on the position of its equator. The top half, smaller than the bottom, is treated with a bush-hammer-like carving that makes the edge textured.
The Charred Brothers are a couple of bottles in which we first experimented with the Japanese Yakisugi technique.
